Thank you for visiting our after-sales self-service web page. We're very sorry for any inconvenience you may be experiencing, and we hope that you will be able to resolve your issues here.

We want you to know that all of our products have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, use the feedback form below to return or exchange your product within the 30-day period.  Additionally, if a defect is discovered within one year of purchase, DarbeeVision will, at its option, repair or replace your product at no charge provided it is returned within the one-year period.  Please contact us by submitting the feedback form below in order to let us know what we can do to help you. 

If you purchased your product from an authorized DarbeeVision dealer, please contact them for a refund or exchange.

Did you try the full re-installation routine? unplug power cable and disconnect HDMI cables...then with display On, plug in HDMI cable from display to DVP Out with source On, plug in HDMI cable from source to DVP In plug in DVP power cable *DO NOT PLUG THE POWER INTO YOUR DVP-5000S UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY CERTAIN THAT THE HDMI IN/OUT CONNECTORS ARE CORRECT. A TEMPORARY SOFTWARE FAULT MIGHT OCCUR IF YOU HAVE MIS-CONNECTED THE HDMI CABLES AND YOU SOLVE IT BY REMOVING BOTH POWER AND HDMI CONNECTIONS (HDMI hold a little power in the cables at all times)
